New construction or a system on its last legs, either way our team plans and installs a heating and cooling setup shaped around how your Weston Lakes, TX home is actually laid out and used.
Before any equipment is ordered, we take a close look at your home, square footage, insulation, sun exposure through your windows, the condition of any existing ductwork, and how your household actually likes to use heating and cooling day to day.
That groundwork matters. Skip it and you risk ending up with a system that's either too small to keep up or too large and prone to short-cycling, both of which mean uneven comfort and wasted energy spend.
Based on what we find, we might point you toward a classic furnace-and-AC combo, a heat pump, or a ductless setup if running new ductwork isn't practical for your home. We'll walk you through what each option means in practice so the decision is yours to make with confidence.
If ductwork is already in place, we inspect it closely for leaks or damage, since even the best-matched equipment underperforms when it's pushing air through a compromised duct system, and we'll recommend fixes where they're needed.
From setting the equipment in place to wiring, duct connections, and thermostat programming, our technicians handle every part of the install. Once everything's connected, we run the system through complete heating and cooling cycles, watching airflow, temperature readings, and safety controls the whole way through.
We don't call the job done just because the unit turns on. It's finished when comfort is consistent in every room, not only near the equipment itself.
We base sizing on a hands-on evaluation of your home's actual layout and characteristics, not a generic estimate, so the recommendation fits your space specifically.
Definitely. Ductless systems are a solid fit for homes where adding traditional ductwork isn't realistic or cost-effective.
Yes, we take care of the necessary steps that come with a proper installation, so you're not left navigating that process alone.
